Issue between Apple and Microsoft Office 365

We want to inform our valuable customers of an issue between Apple and Microsoft Office 365.

Microsoft has released a known issue notice (MC119954) that the latest release of iOS is users of the built-in Apple Mail app in iOS 11 may be unable to sync their Office 365 mailbox or login to their accounts.

We recommend that you do NOT sync (upgrade) your account at this time. We will notify you when the patch available.

Please note that iOS 9 or 10 users are not affected.
